Welcome to my Dietetic Internship Portfolio! My name is Kathleen Villarino.  I obtained my undergraduate degree in Biology at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY.  I then went on to obtain my Dietetic Certificate and Masters degree in Nutrition at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ.

During my graduate studies, I worked as a Dietary Assistant at Clara Maass Medical Center.  I was also fortunate enough to secure an Adjunct Nutrition Instructor position at Eastern International College in Jersey City, NJ where I taught Nutrition 101 to nursing students.
