Comments / Thoughts / Challenges:
- Consolidating 70 slides to 30 was a challenge. It was difficult to decide what information was the most important to share. I was able to use pictures and tables to explain certain points.
- Working on the farm stand improvement project has been a lot of fun. It’s been great doing research about other farm stands in the country. I have been learning a lot about what other farms are doing to promote their products.
- Working at a start-up has been an interesting experience. It’s great to see that the CEO and other company leaders are really involved with all aspects of the business. During the team huddle, the CEO and CMO knew what everyone was working on and really took the time to ask questions and check on their progress.
